CF Property Improvements was founded in 2018. Our team are skilled experts in all aspects of property improvement and maintenance. We're passionate about helping you upgrade, refine or enhance your property. We have extensive experience with a range of domestic and commercial clients, working on both the interior and exterior of properties. We are Master Builders

We are a proud member of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB). Master Builders are committed to high standards and membership of the FMB must be earned. Members have to pass a vetting and independent inspection process before joining to ensure they meet the high standards expected of a Master Builder company.

The vetting process includes checking a builder's trading history, credit history, public liability and employer's liability insurance. We have £2 million public and employer liability insurance.

The inspections process involves an independent assessment of building work by the builder, which is completed by the BBA or RISA

We are also certified on Trustmark, the only UK Government-Endorsed Quality Scheme for work carried out in and around the home, confirming our reliability and high levels of customer service.

Our team holds the Level 3 NVQ in carpentry, painting and decorating. This qualification is for site supervisors and advanced craftspeople who have significant experience in these roles.
